Beach House for two - $10/nt discount through Dec 31, 2010.
Effective Jan 1, 2011: $135 -160/night (4 nt min.)
Please add 13.41% Tax (12.41% thru 6/30/10) $15/night + Tax for each additional person
and $100 cleaning fee. (House sleeps six maximum)
Four night minimum/2 weeks Christmas/New Year's Eve....please check ahead for availability.
Deposit of 50% to hold reservations. Balance due upon arrival. Mastercard, Visa, Diner's Club, JCB,
Discover Card, or check drawn on a U.S.Bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your reservations may be cancelled, with full refund of your
deposit less $50 Cancellation Fee, up to 30 days prior to arrival. LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior to arrival we
cannot refund your deposit. If you made your deposit through PayPal, they charge us a fee which
cannot be refunded. If you booked through a travel agent or referral service, their policy prevails
and you must seek any refund through them.
